Trace Black Water and the Benefits of Fulvic and Humic Minerals

Water. We all need it. It’s a necessity of life and every cell in our body requires it to function optimally. But, what if you could drink water with some extra benefits? Then what? Well, that’s what I’ve done for the past year with Trace Black Water. But, I’ve realized that the #SomethingInTheWater is creating for some interesting conversations…

Dad, the water’s black!” Brie, my 11-year-old, couldn’t wrap her head around it.

I know baby, there are minerals in it that make it that color,” trying to reassure her that it’s still just water, but water with some extra benefits.

Little B, looking at me questioningly, “But does it taste like water?

I’ve come to the realization that this is probably an everyday internal dialogue for people everywhere and being a big fan of the black, alkaline water, TRACE, I wanted to discuss it.

So why’s TRACE Black water black?

Fulvic and humic minerals are the products of trees and other forms of vegetation which have decayed over millions of years. These minerals serve a broad multitude of purposes within the body, imparting all way of fantastic benefits in the context of health and well-being.

What is Fulvic and Humic Acid?

Fulvic Acid is the element found in humus, the highly nutritious layer of the earth. Partially decomposed matter is the basis of humus and peat. It is this highly nutritious layer that feeds plants and ensures that they grow strong and healthy.

Humic acid is a principal part of humic substances, which are the major organic constituents of soil (humus), peat and coal. It is also a major organic constituent of many upland streams, dystrophic lakes, and ocean water. It is produced by biodegradation of dead organic matter.

Given the size of just how good fulvic and humic minerals are for you, entire books could be written on the subject.

I can, however, summarize the benefits of these life-giving minerals by taking a look at some of the fundamental roles they play in human health.

The Benefits of Fulvic Minerals

Fulvic minerals tend to perform the majority of their duties within the cells by making cell membranes more permeable. This helps enhance the absorption of nutrients into cells while also making it easier for the body to detoxify by flushing toxic substances out of cellular structures.

The benefits of fulvic acid and humic acid

Perhaps the greatest overall benefit of fulvic minerals is that they help many reactions and processes throughout the body by enhancing the uptake of nutrients into cells and restoring the body’s natural functions. This essentially serves to make the body more efficient at regulating its processes so it can protect itself from disease and generally support a healthy immune system and metabolism.

The Benefits of Humic Minerals

Humic minerals act in a slightly different way by performing their duties outside of the cells. These minerals can prevent viruses and various toxic substances from attaching themselves to cell membranes. In addition, humic minerals are great at reducing inflammation and preventing the proliferation of malignant cells. This makes them highly effective for cancer prevention.

The digestive system benefits particularly from supplementing with humic minerals because of the way they help remove heavy metals, toxins, and other substances that can irritate the gut.

Eating a lot of processed foods can result in an accumulation of harmful chemicals ranging from sweeteners and flavorings to pesticides and who knows what else. Humic minerals enable the body to more effectively rid itself of these potentially harmful substances.

Fulvic and Humic Minerals Work as a Team

When we look at the benefits discussed so far, it is interesting to see how fulvic and humic minerals have a kind of synergistic relationship.

On the one hand, you are making your body more efficient when it comes to ridding itself of toxins and protecting itself against pathogens and disease. On the other hand, you are imparting antimicrobial benefits that will cut the need for the body to protect itself in the first place.

Combining these benefits creates an undeniably healthy body that will leave you feeling and looking better than you ever imagined possible.

So in conclusion, what’s the deal with “black” water?

If you find yourself suffering from frequent digestive upset, a dampened immune system, or a general feeling of lethargy and weakness, you may stand to help massively from providing your body with more fulvic and humic minerals.

Trace Water is water with benefits and an ideal way to boost your fulvic and humic mineral intake. You can reap the full benefits of a total of 77 fulvic and humic minerals in a convenient bottle of water, while also ensuring your body is getting naturally occurring electrolytes and hydration in the process. Seems like a win to me.

My Review of Trace Black Water

Taste - 10
Alkalinity - 10
Gets me hydrated - 10
Mineral content - 10
Electrolyte content - 7.7

9.5

I'm all about water with extra benefits...

If you are hung up on the fact that the water is black... don't be. They have clear versions too. But the fact that the water is alkaline, loaded with minerals, electrolytes and a whole whack of goodness. Why would I drink plain water? Try it for 1 week, 3 bottles a day and tell me you don't feel the difference.
